Its hard to imagine what a saddle will feel like without actually trying it with your horse. Specialized & TW Saddlery’s demo program provides you with the opportunity to see and experience our saddles.
We recommend that you speak with your Certified Saddle Fitter, Lori Justin, before placing your order for a demo, so you can get the saddle that best suits your horse and the style of riding you do.
Every demo saddle ships standard with all 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ fitting cushions, full shim kit, cinch, saddle pad, and stirrups. They are ready to ride when shipped to you.
The trial is full 10 days in hand to ride, try and love the saddle.
Demo saddles require a 100% refundable security deposit of $1500 and a non refundable shipping fee of approximately $50 (depending on shipping location). Customers are responsible for return shipping.
At the end of the 10 Day Demo Period there are three options available:
- The demo may be returned for a full refund of $1500 (not shipping). Return shipping is the responsibility of customers.
- In most cases our demo saddles are new, and are available for purchase at normal retail price.
- The demo may be returned and the deposit applied to a custom order.
Due to the reluctance of customers to return the demo saddles we now have had to implement a late fee. A charge of $10 per day or $50 per week is assessed to your credit card if the saddle is not returned on time.
